Kathmandu — Cooking oils and spices remained fully stable on NepalCommodity's wholesale board today, 14 August 2026 (2083-04-29 B.S.), even as other categories saw movement. Sunflower Oil (10Ltr) held at NPR 2,775.00, Soybean Oil (10Ltr) at NPR 2,725.00, and Mustard Oil (10Ltr) at NPR 2,625.00 — all unchanged from prior levels. Spices showed the same pattern: Jeera (30kg) at NPR 12,900.00, Dhaniya (40kg) at NPR 12,600.00, Methi (30kg) at NPR 4,400.00, and Khursani (10kg) at NPR 4,300.00, all steady.
